Constance Beutel chairs the Steering Committee for Benicia CleanTech Expo. Without her vision, energy and guidance there would be no Expo! (Editor's note: Of course, Constance had nothing to do with the composing of this tribute, and would prefer I not post it! ☺ )
Constance is vice-chair and former chairperson of Benicia's Community Sustainability Commission. She is a member of Benicia's Good Neighbor Steering Committee, writes a weekly column for the Benicia Herald, "Crewmember Report: Benicia, California, Spaceship Earth," and was instrumental in the formation of Benicia's Emergency Response Team (BERT). She is an educator on the faculty of Union Institute & University, teaching Graduate level coursework: HTML and web design; Futures Scenario Planning seminar, Global Business Network; RSA Security Conferences, and Geographic Information Systems. Constance is a videographer, whose videos range widely from local community events, CERT training drills and educational content (see youtube.com/user/cmbeutel/).
