Ellen Kolowich

Ellen Kolowich is a longtime resident of Benicia, currently serving a term on Benicia's Economic Development Board. Ellen also serves on the Solano Senior and Disabled Transportation Advisory Committee, and Benicia's Tourism Committee. She is a member of Benicia's Emergency Response Team, is block captain of her neighborhood watch group, and volunteers at the Benicia State Park. She is a former literacy tutor at the Benicia Public Library, and volunteered at the Wheelchair Foundation in Danville, CA. for over 3 years. Her professional career spanned over 33 years at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco in Banking Supervision.
